Jurus Gallery features jewelry created out of a fascination with
archeology, antiquities, and geological wonders. It is complimented
by handmade functional and decorative crafts. Pottery, glass,
fiber, sculptural metal and wood are presented by 200 craftspeople.
Gallery Owners, Phil and Sandye Jurus are Gold and Silversmiths
who make personal adornments using traditional stones and rare
and unusual minerals, fossils, and artifacts.
They work with diamonds, rubies, sapphires, emeralds, amethyst,
aquamarine,
moonstone, sunstone, fire agate, chalcedony, malachite, turquoise,
lapis, tourmaline, chrysocolla, dinosaur bone, teeth, shell and
coprolite, azurite, boulder opal, Mexican opal, Australian opal,
pipestone (catlinite), freshwater and cultured pearls, ammonites,
tektites, fossil walrus ivory and many other gems and minerals.
Jewelry includes engagement and wedding rings, pins, pendants,
rings, bracelets in Sterling Silver, and 14, 18, and 22 Karat
Gold (Yellow, White, Pink and Green). Custom designs are available
in Gold and Platinum.
